Love my Premium Nordik Recovery tub and chiller! I use it daily to fight inflammation and joint pain. It was quick and easy to put together! The chiller cooled the tub quickly. It will be part of my in home Nordic spa this winter.

The cold tub itself was very easy to set up and took me about 5 mins. Hooking up the chiller took a bit more time and the instructions are not very clear. That being said, it’s pretty easy to figure out as long as you have entry level plumbing knowledge. The chiller works incredibly well and is something that I would recommend if you plan on using your ice tub at least once a week. Since I’ve started, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my recovery time after workouts or pickup basketball games. I’m very happy with my purchase.
I love how easy this cold plunge is to set up—super straightforward, and when it’s time to pack up, everything (the tub, cover, and pump) actually fits in the bag with room to spare. The high-quality construction is impressive, and the depth is perfect for a full-body plunge. It’s not just for recovery either—my kids have a blast playing in it, and with the chiller/heater, it doubles as a hot tub. Definitely a solid investment for both recovery and fun!
