Are there fees associated with using Truemed's services?
Truemed charges a small fee for the health assessment and LMN issuance. This fee is typically far outweighed by the tax savings you receive on your eligible purchases.
When should I use my FSA/HSA dollars?
FSA funds often have a "use it or lose it" policy at year-end. HSA funds roll over indefinitely. We recommend using FSA dollars before your plan year ends and keeping HSA funds for larger health investments.
How long does it take for me to receive my Letter of Medical Necessity?
Most Letters of Medical Necessity are issued within 1–3 business days after your health assessment is reviewed by a licensed provider.

If you don't currently have an HSA or FSA, you may still purchase Nordik Recovery products at regular price. You can also speak with your employer or insurance provider about setting up an HSA/FSA for future savings.
I don’t live in the US. Can I still get reimbursed with Truemed?
Truemed's HSA/FSA reimbursement program is currently available for US residents only. International customers are not eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed at this time.
