Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
General Return Eligibility
For most items, returns are accepted when the product is in like-new condition and shipped back in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Saunas*:Â Any refund request that falls outside our standard warranty policy requires the original boxes and the original shipping pallet. The boxes must be securely wrapped on the pallet with proper shipping wrap, which can be bought on Amazon. Our team can guide you through the correct procedure. Improper packing can cause damage and may result in deductions from your refund.
We cannot accept returns without the product’s original packaging and its original shipping pallet, if applicable. We strongly recommend keeping your boxes for the entire warranty period, as they are required for servicing and any return shipments.
If a product is returned under warranty with a request for a refund or exchange, we will inspect it upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange, or to adjust the refund amount/charge additional fees, if:

The warranty has been voided

The item is not in its original condition

The condition differs from what was disclosed at the time of the return request

These items can be returned under the following strict conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with its original pallet/crate, and in the same condition it was delivered in (like new).

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The full cost of outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

These oversized products require special care when being prepared for return shipping. For example, the 3-Person sauna ships standing upright (a 5 ft-tall box placed on its side) and must be properly strapped and secured on the pallet. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the time our team dedicates to guiding you through the repackaging process remotely. You may also need additional packing materials, such as a strapping tool and straps, to ensure the product is safely re-secured for transport.
If these conditions are not met, the return request will be refused.
Any damages resulting from improper repackaging will be deducted from the refund.
Consumable items such as filters, water maintenance products, and cleansers can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
How to initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nordikrecovery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Please allow up to 14 business days for the inspection process.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
