I couldn’t be happier with my Nordic chiller system. I am using it daily and feel marvellous - body, mind, and soul.

The chiller cleanser, water treatment, chiller, sauna are game changers for my physical and mental health. Wish I would have made these purchases 20 years ago. Starting my morning with the steam sauna followed by a cold plunge has helped me be more productive, relaxed, resilient and overall more positive. The water cleanser extends the need to change the water by a least 30 days. .

I haven't been able to use the item as I am still waiting on the delivery of the chiller and various other parts. I am unable to get a response from your company regarding delivery . Very frustrating

I have not used this item.I like the chiller. I have only used it a few times and the bath water was cold, just like it is supposed to be. Getting the products was painfully slow. Getting the owners manual on a separate delivery from the actual chiller was flabbergasting and frustrating. We ordered sometime late August, got the bath 2 weeks later along with the cleaning products. Waited another 2 weeks for the shipping container to arrive at the Port of Vancouver. Then had to wait a month and a bit after the vessel carrying the shipping container(s) arrived at the port o Vancouver. To then have an owner manual delivered before the actual chiller was too much. I don’t think this serves your company well.Would I recommend the product, so far I have no issues with the product, I would recommend the product with the proviso to make sure you guys have the product in stock. We had to wait a total of 8 weeks for the final delivery.
