Love my Premium Nordik Recovery tub and chiller! I use it daily to fight inflammation and joint pain. It was quick and easy to put together! The chiller cooled the tub quickly. It will be part of my in home Nordic spa this winter.
Have not received the water treatment solution. Currently sent 3 times, lost or damaged each time.
Have been asked to review the product several times now with the promise as of free water treatment solution. Original purchase has not shown up and the free ones must have been a scam. Starting to think the product does not exist
Easy to use, keeps temp constant thru app and controls water quality. We use 24-7 and keep it out of the rain. Great service is readily available .
I am using this effective cleaning solution for my regular chiller cleaning. Works as intended for easy maintenance.
I use my ice bath everyday. It has become part of my morning ritual. 10 min is perfect to get the day started.
I am loving our Nordik Recovery system! We had a room full of clutter, and while my wife was out of town I surprised her with a junk room makeover. The cold plunge is life changing. Every time I cold plunge it feels like I am starting the day over fresh and anew. The chiller is very quiet, and I love that you can connect to it with the app to schedule when it turns off or on. Also, I am realizing that this tub is a lot bigger than some of the others. And I love that it is inflatable - it makes it a little more comfortable. Also, it’s a lot more sturdy than I expected even though it is inflatable. I am 230 lbs and I can put all my weight on the edges and it supports me just fine. I love this thing. So glad I got it.
Quick and easy to install. The tub insulates well and holds inflation pressure. Overall, satisfied with the tub and would recommend.
The daily steam/cold plunge is a game changer. Best way to start the day that needs a more positive mental mindset and more productivity.

Well it’s been just over a month with my standard tub /chiller bundle, after a couple bumps in the road ( tub had a leak from the outlet port and lid had a air leak) Nordik did come thru and sent me a replacement tub at no cost🥶 , although it took quite a bit of emailing back and forth which was a bit frustrating but eventually they did pull through.. overall I am happy with the quality of the product, aswell as the much superior 5 micron filters they sent me in place of the 20 micron filters I ordered with my bundle which was a nice surprise they really keep the water clean.. only time will tell as far as reliability but so far a month in and chiller is working as it should& replacement tub is all good🥶.I would recommend Nordik as a affordable choice for a tub chiller set up.
The cold tub itself was very easy to set up and took me about 5 mins. Hooking up the chiller took a bit more time and the instructions are not very clear. That being said, it’s pretty easy to figure out as long as you have entry level plumbing knowledge. The chiller works incredibly well and is something that I would recommend if you plan on using your ice tub at least once a week. Since I’ve started, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my recovery time after workouts or pickup basketball games. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The chiller is a serious machine. Works really well. Quickly reduces the temperature to the lowest at 3 degrees Celsius. Took forever to arrive, but came well packaged in a crate.

I love the mat it makes the experience of using the Nordik cold plunge that much more enjoyable especially for entering and exiting the tub
I recently purchased the Nordik Recovery standard chiller combo. I installed the tub myself and everything is very well built and looks better than advertised. I look forward to many years of years out of my tub.
It was easy to set up, pricing was very competitive, lowest for highest quality from what I’ve seen. My ice bath buddies are jealous of how nice it looks and how efficient and quiet it is!! This plunge tub is one of the best most convenient plunges I’ve used. I have it in my non heated garage that stays cold all winter, and it’s perfect.
